Angeli reindeer farm is a one-woman company. This certified small company was founded by the mother of the family, nature entrepreneur and a reindeer herder by profession, in 2018 to offer travellers an authentic experience about the local nature and culture. Customers have described the visit as the "HIDDEN GEM OF INARI".

INCLUSIVENESS AT OUR REINDEER FARM
-You are warmly welcome to visit our reindeer farm, regardless of where you come from, what you look like, what you believe in, who you love, or whether you have physical or sensory limitations. Diversity is important!
-The reindeer farm visit is suitable for all ages. It is an easy short walk to the reindeer fences. The shutters can be opened and are accessible by people with reduced mobility and with a baby carriage. There are seats here and there. Children are free to play and run around outside the reindeer fences. For the little ones, there are toboggans if they get tired. Children can visit our home-elf's little cabin full of kind magic if they wish. We have made it specially for the children.
-The reindeer farm has an accessible warm hut and an accessible outdoor toilet. There are movable ramps for the hut (snow requires upper doorway) and the outdoor toilet if needed. The hut is spacious to move around and you can easily get next to the table with a wheelchair. Due to the shape of the snow and the terrain, the visit is not completely barrier-free, but in our opinion "CHALLENGING ACCESSIBLE". Meaning that moving around here can be challenging for people with reduced mobility. Example: moving in the snow with regular wheelchair or with small wheels of an electric wheelchair can be challenging without an assistant. Or that there are not enough handrails or the access ramp is not up to standards. We pursue forward in these matters.
-We have a traditional fabric Láávu by the lake. There is a fireplace inside. AURORA EVENING place. This Láávu is quite small and challenging accessible with a wheelchair. Beside the Láávu is accessible area by lake side to enjoy the view and the starry sky and maybe even the Northern lights.
-Our website is tested by visually impaired persons computer screen reader.
-We try to consider limited senses and also the spetrum of neurodiversity. Please let us know if you have any special request.

USE OF CUSTOMERS' PERSONAL DATA
Angeli reindeer farm respects the privacy of its customers in every way. We do not publish pictures or information about our customers without permission under any circumstances. Only in cases required by law.
The customer pays for the reindeer farm visit or workshop on site using a secure Zettle by PayPal card machine. zettle.com. The customer can also pay by invoice if agreed in advance. Angeli reindeer farm uses the secure Fennoa accounting and invoicing system. fennoa.com
Angeli reindeer farm accepts visits and workshops by phone, WhatsApp or email. Customer contact information will not be shared or sold.
The entrepreneur uses a traditional paper booking calendar, in which the entrepreneur records the number of people, child or adult, booking method, the interest and surname of the booker and in some cases the phone number and/or email address. The calendar is not visible to others. The booking calendar is kept in connection with accounting for 5 years, after which it is destroyed by burning on the company premises.
WE WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO KNOW
The Consumer Protection Act / Kuluttajansuojalaki in finnish, is a law that protects consumers against unfair trading practices by traders. The law safeguards consumer rights in Finland, for example in relation to contracts, marketing and defective products. It is important for consumers to understand that they have rights and that they can seek help from authorities, such as the Consumer Advice Service of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, if necessary.
-You have the right to a faultless service or product.
-You have the right to complain or cancel the transaction if the product or service is faulty.
-You have the right to receive clear and truthful information about the service or product before making a purchase decision.
-You have the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation. (pre-booked reindeer farm visits).
-Any complaint must be made in writing (by email) if possible so that the matter can be verified afterwards.
-Make any complaint as soon as possible.
-The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's Consumer Advice helps consumers who have problems with making a purchase.
-The Finnish Consumers' Association offers advice and information.
-If you purchased a handmade product or reindeer antlers from us and want to cancel the purchase, please contact us by email.
INFORMATION ON THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
GIFTS AND HANDICRAFTS
According to the law, the consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days after canceling the transaction. The consumer is responsible for the cancellation costs themselves, unless the seller has stated that they will be responsible for them. The seller must refund the payments made by the consumer no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, the company has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the consumer has proven that they have sent the goods back, unless the company is obliged to collect the goods themselves.
According to the law, however, the right of cancellation does not apply to such car rental, tourism, restaurant or leisure services that have been agreed to be performed at a certain time or by a certain time, such as for example the rental of a holiday cottage, hotel accommodation or travel, concert or theater tickets.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
SMALL GROUPS PAYING ON THE SITE: If you want to cancel your reindeer farm visit or craft workshop, that's no problem. Just let us know and we'll make it right. We won't charge you anything for cancellations.
GROUPS PAID BY ADVANCE INVOICE: If you wish to cancel a reindeer farm visit or craft workshop that you have paid in advance, we will refund your payment in full if the cancellation is received 30 days before the booked visit. Please note that it can take up to months to process a refund abroad. If the cancellation is received 29-1 days before the booked visit, we will refund 50% of the payment.
